Speaking of the ocean...

...here's my first of the trip, the Indian Ocean!

Mmm... ocean...

Quite idyllic, isn't it?

The centre of Perth is rather busier...

...its train station is quite a nice entrance to the place.

The city has lots of parkland around it.

I like cities with a decent skyline - unlike, say, London!

After a bit of a climb, this view is better, and includes the Swan River.
